Sika MultiPrimer Marine is a solvent-based colourless to slightly yellow primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives.
It is specifically formulated for the treatment of bond faces prior to application of Sika’s 1-component Polyurethanes.

Sika MultiPrimer Marine is used to improve adhesion to various metals such as aluminum, steel, galvanized steel and non-ferrous metals, as well as teak, mahogany, oregon pine and cork. The primer can also be used to enhance the adhesion of Sikasil sealants and adhesives. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions and carry out tests on the original substrates before using the product on substrates with cracking tendencies.

Important: Suitable for experienced users only. Experiments should be carried out under real conditions and with real substrates to confirm adhesion and compatibility of the material.
