Polymouss is a two components polyurethane foam, which contains catalyst and additive. Expanded only with water and mixing with isocyanates (MDI). This foam is generally used for the float chambers of pleasure boats, floating pontoons and buoys. Expansion agent: Water % closed cells: 95 % +- 3 % (indicative value).

Instructions for use: Mix the necessary quantity of base and activator to obtain the desired volume of expanded foam:
A/B ratio by weight: 100 / 117
A/B ration by volume: 100 / 100
Product temperature: 22 – 30°C. The temperature of the chemicals must be set correctly before implementation to get the proper level and viscosity reactivity.
