Undercoat is a white, opaque, single-component undercoat. It provides a smooth, even base before applying a single-component topcoat such as Starlac.

It should only be applied above the waterline. Applied to wood, Undercoat acts as a uniform interface primer before Starlac. Undercoat is easy to apply and sand, using a brush or roller.
