PE is a two-component epoxy primer used for hull protection and adhesion of antifouling paints. It forms a thin, tough film.

Easy to apply, PE is suitable for very smooth applications below and above the waterline, particularly for the preparation of regatta hulls. Primers play an essential role in adhesion or protection through their hardness or barrier effect.
