A9 T.Speed is a hard matrix antifouling specially recommended for keels and appendages on racing sailing boats.
This fluorescent antifouling is used to paint surfaces that can be seen if the boat capsizes. It can also be used to see if objects (plastic bags, ropes, etc.) are caught on the appendages.
