3M™ Hookit™ Flexible Abrasive Sheets are ideal for hand sanding applications including primer sanding, blend preparation and paint finishing. Can be used for wet or dry sanding. This product provides excellent cut and finish performance with high flexibility, conformability, and a soft feel. Colour differentiation by process. 3M™ Hookit™ Flexible Abrasive Sheets are excellent for sanding panel edges and other parts, including hard-to reach areas. 3M™ Hookit™ Flexible Abrasive Sheets have the cut and finish of conventional abrasives and deliver added flexibility for hard-to-reach areas. When using dry, wipe clean frequently to extend the life of the abrasive. The sheets can be used with a block, the accessory pad included in every box, or any accessory with a 3M™ Hookit™ attachment. 3M™ Hookit™ Flexible Abrasive Sheets can be used for many different applications:
P400: Sanding Primer and e-coat surfaces
P600: Sanding e-coat, primer, and clear coat surfaces
P800: anding primer and scuffing clear coat for blends.
P1000: Scuffing clear coat for blends and to remove dirt nibs/texture from refinish clear coat.
P1200: Sanding clear coat to remove dirt nibs and texture from the surface.
P1500: Sanding clear coat to remove dirt nibs and texture from the surface.
